Your abstract must be prepared in Times New Roman 12-pt font. It needs to contain:

  • The full names of all authors, with the presenter’s name underlined
  • The affiliation of all authors – department and institution, in italics
  • Title in bold
  • Body of abstract: maximum of 200 words, plain text, left justified.



Please submit your abstract to by April 20 as an attachment.

The preferred file format is MS Word (doc or docx). Otherwise use Rich Text Format (rtf).

Please state in your email if you are presenting as a student.

Name your file with your surname, first name – for example, ‘Peters, Richard.docx’.
